Survive and Thrive

What is it?

It is an intensive, high payback, Change Leadership programme that will help you initiate and embed the changes that will let you not only Survive, but Thrive in the recession and create a Culture of Continuous Improvement.

What will it do for you?

It will help you deliver change in areas of real competitive importance to your business, including:

• Change you, and develop the mindset behaviours and skills of a Change Leader
• Control the direction of your business environment and feel less controlled by external influences.
• Raise morale and motivation within your team and reduce worry and stress.
• Fully engage your team in identifying, implementing and embedding necessary change ** faster and more easily that you can imagine.
• Reduce the amount of time you spend managing your team and free up time to drive the business forward
• Understand the psychology of change and develop a robust methodology for leading successful Change and Continuous Improvement.

After the intensive 3 month stage we will support and coach you for a further 3 months to help you embed the new skills, mindset and behaviours.

How is Survive and Thrive Delivered?

The Programme is structured around:

• Working with you 1to1 to develop the deep self awareness that will inspire you to Change.
• Helping you set change goals and create a plan that will inspire and motivate you and others
• Taking you through a series of workshops to develop the Leadership skills, tools and methodology.
• Creating a forum where you can work with and learn from fellow participants from other industries.
• Providing you with the support, feedback and coaching that will help you embed real personal and team change
