This privacy policy sets out how ChangeMasters uses and protects any information that you give ChangeMasters when you use our website and/or upon completion of our ILM Registration Form.

ChangeMasters is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our website and/or our ILM Registration Form, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

ChangeMasters will occasionally update this policy to reflect company and customer feedback.  We encourage you to periodically review this policy to be informed how ChangeMasters is protecting your information.


Collection of your Personal Information

ChangeMasters collects personal identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, job title, company and telephone number.  ChangeMasters also collects demographic information such as date of Birth, home address and postcode for ILM registration purposes (See ILM Privacy Policy).  On completion of ILM registration ChangeMasters will destroy this information.


Use of your Personal Information

We require this information to register you onto one of our Business Improvement Programmes and for the Institute of Leadership and Management Studying Membership Registration in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products or other information that we think you may find interesting using the email address, which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.


Security

In order to comply with our obligations under the data protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss of information under our control.  Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
