Mark Barker
Mark's role as Trainer is to deliver excellent workshops, with all participants leaving with a solid understanding of the core topics of the Programme.

Helen Chapman
Helen is responsible for providing personality profiling and coaching support for the programme, and for assisting the Lead Trainer in the facilitation of workshops.

Joan MacFarlane
Joan's role is to support each participant in creating a robust Personal Development Plan as well as providing feedback on Leadership Logs to help ensure learning is being applied and goals achieved.

Sandra Veitch
Sandra's role is to ensure the smooth running of all the Programmes, with everyone knowing where they're meant to be and when.
