Workshop 6 Organisational Change and Growth

Workshop 6 recognises that by this stage of the Programme, the participants will be leaders. Their horizons and aspirations will be higher. They are now given the tools to help them inspire and instigate change that their organisation needs in order to thrive in the future. The workshop will enable the participants to:

• Understand how to think like a Managing Director
• Learn from a real case study how a company survived by changing dramatically
• Analyse their own business  and develop a strategic change plan
• Review their own personal change through the Programme
• Update their Personal Development Plan that will focus them to the end of the Programme
• Begin to positively influence the whole organisation the next day
