Workshop 4 Performance Management and Action Meetings

Workshop 4 focuses on how to motivate individuals and teams and how to develop a system of managing performance. The workshop will enable participants to:

• Appreciate the main motivation factors in the workforce
• Assess individual motivational factors through conversation
• Use keyword listening to probe into deeper issues
• Deepen their understanding of Situational Leadership using a game
• Develop a system of managing their team's performance
• Use the Double Diamond model to structure meetings that motivate the team and produce agreed actions
• Focus on driving top performance from their team the next day
