Workshop 4 focuses on how to motivate individuals and teams and how to develop a system of managing performance. The workshop will enable participants to:
Appreciate the main motivation factors in the workforce
Assess individual motivational factors through conversation
Use keyword listening to probe into deeper issues
Deepen their understanding of Situational Leadership using a game
Develop a system of managing their team's performance
Use the Double Diamond model to structure meetings that motivate the team and produce agreed actions
Focus on driving top performance from their team the next day
