Workshop 3 Leadership Simulation

Workshop 3 is based on a unique business game that shows different leadership styles in action. The workshop will enable participants to:

• See what great Leadership looks like
• Leave with the formula for great Leadership
• Experience the effects of good and bad Leadership
• Realise the length of their own journey to great Leadership
• Experience how involving the team creates buy-in and motivation
• Set and monitor their team's goals to drive performance
• Experience how vital it is to eliminate 'silo' thinking
• Take direct action the next day by modelling great Leadership
