Leadership Log

The Leadership Log is a document each Participant is asked to complete monthly, reflecting on their progress during the previous month as well as looking to the month ahead and their plans for moving forward.  This Log can be the basis for the 1 to 1 with their Line Manager, with Line Managers adding their own comments and observation if both parties feel this would be useful.
