Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)

Every participant completes their individual psychometric profile before they start the Programme to give them valuable personal insights.  The PPA is a work oriented profile and gives highly relevant and specific information about how they are suited to their particular role and what development needs they may have in order to be more successful. Participants have a one-to-one coaching session with one of the ChangeMasters team to help them talk through and understand their PPA . They gain insights to the causes of many issues they are facing at work.

This acts as a great motivator for them to engage with the Programme because they see that they have the power to change themselves and positively effect their issues and goals. The PPA is based on the DISC model of Thomas International.
