Personal Development Plan (PDP)

The PDP sets the direction and goals of each participant through the 9 month Programme. It combines their own personal development goals with ambitious business goals. It helps them set their learning in the context of significant business improvement. The PDP is created with input from their Line Manager so that their goals are in line with business priorities.
