Line Manager Training

A unique aspect of the Dynamic Leader is that the Line Managers receive training in how to support the participants throughout the Programme.  The participants go through significant personal change and leadership challenges throughout the Programme.  If the support, understanding and interest of the Line Manager are absent, then the learning outcomes may be compromised.  So the Line Managers are trained in Coaching Skills and how to facilitate the monthly 1 to 1 update sessions.
