Line Manager Monthly 1 to 1s

A key part of the Programme is the monthly meeting with the Line Manager. The purpose is to help the participants keep focus on their ambitious business goals, talk through how they are implementing what they are learning, receive feedback and get support from their Manager. This creates such a positive communication when done well, that ChangeMasters train the Line Managers how to facilitate these Monthly 1 to 1s. In effect, it provides a 9 month coaching opportunity for the Line Managers to help develop their Programme participant.
