Embedding new skills behaviours & delivering results

The programme revolves around a series of 6 Workshops that cover new Leadership skills, tools and techniques. One such tool is a powerful Coaching Model (I-GROW) that enables managers to help team members think for themselves and work out their own solutions to problems, and take responsibility for them. To embed this skill we:

  • Work experientially during the workshop to develop a solid understanding
  • Set the goal of applying the approach & developing good ability by the next workshop
  • They then reflect on their progress in their Monthly Leadership Log
  • They use the Log to discuss progress with their Line Manager at a monthly 1to1
  • They get monthly (often challenging) written feedback on their Leadership Log
  • They have a monthly coaching session with one of our coaches
  • The cohort meets monthly to share learning & experiences and resolve specific or common issues
  • They review goal progress monthly with feedback from coaches and their Line Manager
  • The ILM Dynamic Leadership Award is given for the achievement of PDP personal and business goals
