How does it change behaviour?

During the initial stages of the programme we take participants through 4 foundation stages that prepare them to develop new attitudes & absorb/adopt a new set of skills, tools & behaviours:

  1. Psychometric Profiling that shows them how their brain’s soft wiring is driving what they do & how they can re-route it
  2. Understanding the source of their personal power and how to harness it
  3. Identifying the personal & business changes they (and the business) really want to make, and set goals 
  4. Agree this with their line manager and jointly adopting them

At this point they are ready to absorb and adopt a new set of skills, approaches and behaviours.
