Action Learning Group (ALG)

The Action Learning Group is a monthly 2-3 hour get-together for participants to learn from and support each others learning and development.  They happen between the workshops and are chaired and hosted by participants in turn.  The ALG is a forum for participants to discuss practical issues in depth and for them to hear how others have solved similar problems to their own.  As the participants gel, the ALG becomes a powerful self-managing learning group and provides ongoing encouragement and inspiration.
